Gary Medley is a licensed real estate broker, since 1985 and has been associated with Venture I since 1987. He is a member of NAR, FAR, MFRMLS, CFCAR and practices in both residential and commercial real estate with a focus on land, investment properties and site selection.

In 2016, Gary Medley and Ruth Smith joined forces and created RG Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Combining over 60 years of commercial real estate experience, RG will focus primarily on Investment Properties.
